Email Grabber - FAQ: Are there regular free updates?

The email grabber is regularly developed, but there is no schedule for updates, these appear as required.

Suggestions for improvement are gladly accepted and are often already implemented in the next update.

Reported bugs are fixed very promptly depending on their urgency. We look forward to your help in reconstructing an error so that we can isolate and correct it.

You will receive free updates within the main version purchased (e.g. 2022). You will receive a cheaper upgrade offer for the following main version.

Of course, you can still use your purchased version after new versions have been released.

Note: In order to enable as many of our customers as possible to use the software on Windows 11, we have decided to make the 2022 version available to all owners of a 2021 key - without a paid update.
